Skincare is often associated exclusively with women’s beauty, but that’s not the case. Especially now, with fluctuating temperatures and winter approaching, it’s vital to take care of your skin to keep it hydrated and protected.
For a beauty routine to be effective, it needs to follow specific steps. We propose five essential, simple, and quick steps that will help you see improvements in your skin right away!
STEP 1: CLEANSING
Cleansing your face is crucial because it removes impurities that accumulate during the day, clogging pores and causing blemishes. Cleansing should be done both in the morning and at night before bed.
For this step, a gel cleanser is ideal as it deeply cleanses and works quickly.
If you have oily skin or need a deeper cleanse, consider using an exfoliating cleanser instead.
AVOID: Hand soap. Always avoid washing your face with overly harsh cleansers like hand soap—it excessively dries and irritates the skin, leading to blemishes and, over time, wrinkles!
STEP 2: EXFOLIATING SCRUB
Another essential step in your skincare routine is exfoliation. A scrub contains micro-particles that help clean the face by removing dead skin cells and dirt residues. It leaves your skin smooth and radiant!

If you’ve already noticed some wrinkles, don’t worry—opt for an anti-aging hydrating cream to plump up your skin for a fuller appearance.
OPTIONAL: Mix your moisturizer with a bit of sunscreen to protect against UV rays, boost your skin’s glow, and further delay the appearance of wrinkles and sunspots!
STEP 4: BEARD CARE
Beard care is essential, whether you prefer a clean shave or a longer beard!
If you choose to shave, it’s best to do it after a shower or after washing your face with warm water. This softens the hair, making it easier to cut. Use shaving-specific products and finish with a good aftershave.
